Camping Le Clos du Rhône

Best wishes for 2026 and a bright future to share

At the dawn of this new year, the whole team at Camping Le Clos du Rhône wishes you all the best for 2026.
The year 2025 has been rich in projects, events and commitments, fully illustrating the spirit of SEMIS: sustainable tourism, conviviality, culture and activities for all, in the heart of the Camargue.

A year of highlights in 2025

We are particularly proud to have on our team a master swimmer, bronze medallist at the 2025 World Fencing Championships. A top-level sportswoman, Carole PONCELET embodies the values of excellence, rigor and self-improvement that we are delighted to share with our customers.

Environmental awareness also played an important role, with the creation of an almost twenty-metre-long Fresque du Climat (Climate Mural ) on the children’s club premises. Used by the organizers to raise awareness of the challenges of global warming in a playful way, it was painted by the children throughout the year and will be cleaned up to encourage new children to take part in 2026.

The children’s yoga classes, led by Pascaline, a specialist in Chinese medicine, were a great success, offering the youngest members of the family much-appreciated moments of well-being and balance.

Entertaining events for young and old

Under the responsibility of Johan Luccini, in charge of entertainment at SEMIS campsites, and thanks to the commitment of his team, the 2025 season was particularly dynamic and convivial.

Over the course of the season, campers enjoyed two different shows a week, quizzes, bingo, karaoke and plenty of family entertainment. Evenings hosted by well-known performers in their fields – Johnny Hallyday (impersonator), Léona Winter (The Voice – TF1), Michael Jackson (impersonator) and Mentizard (La France a un incroyable talent – M6) – left a lasting impression.

The Inflated Challenges day, supported by the town of Les Saintes Maries de la Mer and co-organized with SEJA and IFAC, and the Halloween Party, with the scare house and trail, were highlights, much appreciated by campers, tourists and residents of Les Saintes Maries de la Mer.

Culture and sustainable tourism

As part of the French Ministry of Culture’s “Été Culturel” 2025 program, our campsites hosted an exceptional cultural event with Balkis Moutashar‘s show Un cabaret apparaît, produced by the Théâtre du Gymnase – Bernardines, with the support of the Bouches-du-Rhône department.

This initiative illustrates SEMIS’ determination to bring culture closer to the public, including in vacation resorts, and to make it an integral part of a sustainable tourism approach open to all.

2026, in keeping with the SEMIS spirit

At Camping Le Clos du Rhône, the year 2026 is a natural continuation of the SEMIS spirit, combining quality of welcome, respect for the environment and constant improvement of the customer experience.

Actions to promote the ecological and energy transition are continuing, with a particular focus on biodiversity, rational resource management, soft mobility and waste recovery. These recognized and renewed initiatives reflect a long-term commitment to taking concrete action while preserving the Camargue’s exceptional natural setting.

Listening to our campers, we have also initiated changes, notably in the catering and services offered, in a spirit of continuity, quality and respect for the work accomplished.

The year 2026 is thus taking shape under the banner of sustainable tourism, fun, sporting and cultural activities, and a varied offer to satisfy young and old alike.
The teams at Camping Le Clos du Rhône look forward to welcoming you and sharing with you a new season that is friendly, committed and rich in discoveries.
