How is the swimming pool ?
The swimming pool and the paddling pool are heated and are located near the campground entrance.
It is equipped with deckchairs and umbrellas and is perfectly integrated with the local architecture.
What are the opening dates and hours ?
The dates correspond to the opening of the campsite from April to November. The swimming pool is open from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. In July and August a lifeguard is present at certain times.
How far is the beach ?
The beach is directly accessible.
The beach exit is secured by an access badge off season and a security guard in July and August.
You should wear your safety strap.
How far away is the city centre ?
Les Saintes Maries de la Mer is at 1500m.
You can get there on foot by a footpath along the sea shore or by car.
Are there shops nearby ?
You can find the basic necessities as well as bread and snacks. Of course, all kinds of shops can be found at the nearby town centre.
What are the electrical appliances present in rentals ?
1 refrigerator, 1 dishwasher, 1 microwave oven, electric heating.
The mobile homes grand comfort feature a refrigerator with freezer, a TV and air-conditioning.
Are sheets and blankets included ?
TAll rentals (except woody tente and lodges) include mattress protectors, pillow with pillow cases and blanket for the bed You need to bring your sheets and you may bring additional blankets depending on the season.
Are the sheets changed every week ?
Yes. On request at the reception.
Is the cleaning done every week ?
No Cleaning is your responsibility. An inventory is made on the day of your departure.

Can we rent beds and high chairs ?
Possibility to rent a baby kit (high chair, bed, bath), rental: 20 euros.
Are there televisions in rentals ?
Rentals except 29 m² are equipped with television.
There are no TVs on rent at Saintes Maries de la Mer.
Is there internet access in the rentals ?
An Internet Point is available at the reception.
WIFI (extra charge) is available throughout the campsite.
Are there laundry facilities ?
Yes. With a dryer.
We provide you with an iron and ironing board.
Security and safe deposit lockers ?
A security team monitors the campsite day and night during the summer holidays.
Safe deposit lockers are available in the mobile homes and on rent at the reception.
Hygiene and cleanliness ?
Regular tests are performed on water from the bathing areas, swimming pool and sea, Spa in addition to the drinking water.
Our washrooms are cleaned by a qualified team following an appropriate procedure.
How do I book ?
You can book in three ways :
> The easiest way is to book online now with secure payment, with booking fee € 0.
> Or by phone at +33 (0)4 90 97 85 99 (see working hours in the section Opening period)
> By mail. Just print the booking request.
For the rentals, the deposit is 25% and booking fee € 30.
For the pitches, the deposit is 25% and booking fee € 30.
Can I choose my pitch or cottage number ?
You can make your wish in the "comments" section at the end of the online booking procedure, with an extra € 22 for bookings cottages. Wherever possible, the campsite will assign the most suitable pitch possible.
Can I book stays of less than a week ?
Yes, in low season, subject to availability, you can book 3 nights minimum.
How do you calculate the tourist tax ?
The tourist tax is 0.66 € per night per person over 18 years.
What are the accepted payment methods ?
CB (except American Express), cheque, holiday cheque, cash, money orders, bank transfer.
For deposits, we accept only cheques and cash.
The CAF holiday coupons are not accepted as means of payment.

When and how do I pay the balance of my stay ?
The balance of your stay must be paid 30 days before arrival by credit card on the Internet or phone +33 (0)4 90 97 85 99, by bank transfer, directly through your bank, noting in comments of the transaction your booking number and last name or by sending a cheque or ANCV holiday cheques by registered letter.
Can I change a booking ?
Only under certain conditions and to the extent of availability.

Can I cancel a reservation ?
Yes, if you have subscribed to the stay cancellation guarantee :
More than 30 days before arrival by registered letter, the booking fee € 23 and the amount of the cancellation guarantee (€ 2.50/day) are retained. Less than 30 days before arrival, the total of your deposit will be retained.
In case of late arrival or early departure, the entire stay is due.
What are the timings to take possession or return a rental or pitch ?
Rentals are taken from 4 p.m. and the returns are made at 10 a.m. after inventory. The pitches are cleared latest before noon.
Can we arrive outside the opening hours of the reception ?
Our guardian until midnight will welcome you and give you the keys of your rental or pitch No on presentation of an identity document. You simply go to the reception next morning to carry out the final formalities.
Can we leave outside the opening hours of the reception ?
For departures before the opening of reception, it is possible:
1. For the campsite pitches, simply settle your bill on the previous day before 5 p.m.
2. For rentals, an inventory being necessary, we will keep your deposit in the event that we should replace broken or lost items.
We will send it to you after inventory if everything is in order.
Are water and electricity included ?
If you want power, you will need to make a request and come up with an extension cord to connect to the electrical terminal.
If you forget, the reception can provide you a European adapter.
The number of pitches with electricity connection being limited, we recommend to book well in advance.
Of course, the washrooms and the different water points of the campsite (except terminal campers) are open to all.
Is there a possibility to drain the wastewater ?
If you have a removable tank, you can discharge it into the sluice located outside of health.
Otherwise, a terminal is at your disposal in the campsite.
Are there any seasonal pitches ?
Only for the period 1 April to 30 September (6 months).
The package includes a connection to water and electricity as well as access for draining sewage.
Ask for the price of the package at the reception.
How to use the drain area ?
NWe offer you a drainage area. Free access to residents of the campsite and on payment of € 11 for outsiders.
What are the sports equipment available in the campsite ?
You will find at your disposal :
A sports ground, a heated pool area with swimming pools and water slide, two playgrounds for adults and children, table tennis and an outdoor fitness space.
What are the proposed activities ?
In July and August we offer :
> The Pitchoun'club is open every day except Saturday from 10 a.m. to noon and from 4 p.m. to 6 p.m. for children above 6 years.
> Sports activities for the entire family such as muscle toning, water aerobics, pool games, sports tournaments…
> Every evening except Saturday: shows, dances, cabaret evenings, games, thematic evenings…
The activities (excluding outings) and the entertainments are free.
Can I receive visitors ?
Yes, under certain conditions. The visitor is someone who visits you occasionally but does not sleep on the campsite.
Visitors can be admitted to the camping SUNELIA Le Clos du Rhône under the responsibility of the campers who receive them and subject to a fee and providing a proof of identity.
In July and August, the visitors must leave their vehicles outside the campsite.
Are dogs allowed ?
Dogs are allowed on leash with «animal» tariff.
Those in the second category must be muzzled and we are obliged to refuse those of the first category.
In the accommodations, only one dog will be admitted.
Spaces are reserved for the needs of animals. Dogs must be vaccinated (bring your vaccination book).
DAMAGES AND DEGRADATION
Who is responsible for theft or damage occurring inside the campsite ?
The SEMIS (company that manages the camping SUNELIA Le Clos du Rhône) can in no way be held responsible for the campsite equipment, various vehicles and objects introduced by campers with or without their surveillance.
